Expect friendly faces and good coffee! When you come in there’ll be people to greet you and make you feel at home. We’ll gather together for some singing, a short talk based on the Bible and some space to be prayed for if wanted. There is no level of engagement that is required, you can just come and have a look if you’re curious!

What if I'm not a church-goer?

Whatever you believe, you’re welcome at Woven. We are a family, and we don’t turn anyone away from our doors.

How do I get involved?

Let us know if there’s an area of church life you’re passionate about through filling in a Get Connected card or email one of the team and we’ll give you more info!

Come and intern with us!

Internship with Woven St Leo’s

St Leo’s Basford is a dynamic new church plant in inner – city Nottingham, we’re part of the Woven network of churches and our specific vision is to reach Basford and beyond with the gospel.

As we emerge out of the pandemic and establish a new community in this ancient church, we’re looking for an intern to focus on our kids, families and evangelism work, and generally get stuck in to all that God is doing! It’s a phenomenally exciting opportunity to grow as a leader, help pioneer something new, and be invested into.

This internship is run in partnership with the Diocese of Southwell and Nottingham, so you’ll get excellent teaching and support on their Apprentice Track, housing is included and a weekly living allowance, starting Sept 2025.
