St John’s, Bilborough

We are a community of people drawn from all walks of life seeking to follow Jesus in our everyday lives. ​

Recognising that we don’t do this perfectly but longing to be known as those who, love God with all we that we are, care for each other with genuine love and seek God's best for Bilborough. ​

Our GATHERINGS

  • Main Celebration with children’s groups
    Our weekly service is at 10:30am every Sunday. We are informal and welcome you as you are. During the service we have children’s groups for ages 4-11.

  • Community Cafe - 1.30-3pm

    A warm, welcoming space for all. Everyone is welcome to pop in for a cuppa.

    Bible Study - 3:30-4:30pm

    Join with us as we read the Bible together and explore what God might be saying to us.

    Community Meal (All-Age) - 5-6.30pm

    Everyone is invited to join us each week for a 2-course meal. Funded in part by by East Midlands Combined County Authority and the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund

  • Little Lights Toddler Group (Stay & Play) - 10-11:30am

    A fun and friendly group for 0-5s and their parent/carers with breakfast. Join us on Thursdays in term time.

What's on

  • Expect friendly faces and good coffee! When you come in there’ll be people to greet you and make you feel at home. We’ll gather together for some singing, a short talk based on the Bible and some space to be prayed for if wanted. There is no level of engagement that is required, you can just come and have a look if you’re curious!

  • Whatever you believe, you’re welcome at Woven. We are a family, and we don’t turn anyone away from our doors.

  • At our 10.30am service we have kids and youth groups. There’ll be an opportunity to sign up when you walk in on the day.
